Ingredient list not found
- Confirm the product page shows an ingredient list.
- Try pasting the label text into the extension.
- Use the in-extension feedback button with product context enabled.
Result looks incorrect
Open the score breakdown and check the source, confidence, unmatched terms, and preference flags. Report the exact product and ingredient term through the extension.
Account or Pro access
Sign in with the same email used at checkout, then verify the subscription status in extension settings. For billing or cancellation help, email support from that address.
Privacy or data deletion
Read the privacy policy. For access, correction, export, or deletion requests, email adam@ridireresearch.com.
Manufacturer correction
Use the manufacturer submission form for source documents or lab data. Submissions are reviewed before they can affect public results.
Pro subscriptions
Pro adds optional account features and higher authenticated usage. Subscription status does not affect scores, flags, confidence, or preference matches.
